Ranking biggest team needs in Dallas Cowboys 2019 NFL Draft

The Dallas Cowboys are in great shape heading into the 2019 NFL draft. With him on board.

There are very few glaring holes on the roster. Lawrence will also be joined on the

defensive line by Robert Quinn who has just added via trade from the Miami Dolphins.

Quinn’s arrival fills a hole at the right defensive end spot which was opened when Randy Gregory was hit with an indefinite suspension. Dallas also addressed the strong safety position when they added Georgia lock on a one year deal. His addition improves that role as he will likely take over for Jeff Heath as the starter opposite Xavier Woods on offense.

The Cowboys addressed a couple of other needs as well. After losing Kolb easily in free agency they picked up Randall Cobb as his replacement while Beasley was a great player and a fan favorite. It can be argued that Cobb was an upgrade provided that he can stay healthy that is.

Dallas also has a new old starting tight end after a season in the booth with ESPN. Jason Witten is returning to the field he likely will see a reduced workload from what he had in 2017 but the team feels confident in his ability to produce in 2019. With all these moves behind them the needs for America’s team look much different as they approach the 2019 NFL draft.
